Dang I like Frieren but the op song feels really off for me. The first arcs are really giving you this nostalgic and rather sad and mellow feel to it so I'd expect an opening like Violet Evergarden or Mushoku Tensei. I also feel the opening song to be mismatched with the other bgms the anime has. Like that theme when they visits a town, it usually played right after the opening, making the op song feels even more out of place.

Chapter 191 Evil

 

Probably those are monsters that were recorded in this world’s history books but with these uneducated three gathered, they’d find it difficult of how to react when monsters of legends appeared in front of their eyes.

The desert world like that of Arabian Night suddenly disappeared because of the heavy rain.

Without any prior signs, the sky instantly produced rain clouds and then torrential rain downpoured incessantly.

Our footing became a muddy mess, and the dusty sandstorm sucked up water and got erased just like that.

That monster came out of the sandstorm and is merely sitting on his chair with not even moving.

As I hold my hurting head I once again look  at the world around but what exist there is a completely white world without ceiling, floor, or wall, we’re just floating around.

“Yeah, as I thought, this magic can’t be used alright. Sorry.” (Althea)

“Hm, well, but that guy’s magic is something that controls the weather, if he just got locked up in this space then................ ah............. he’s there..............” (Velt)
